Accessing on IOS

Got the email for the test. Followed the directions for IOS and downloaded test flight. According to the directions, I would recieve another email from testflight to accept the invitation to test the app. I have never recieved the email. My question starts to be how does test flight know? I dont recall giving my apple ID when I joined the test. Maybe I did, its been awhile. Anyone else experience this or have any ideas on how to get the app in my test flight to actually test?

I have the same problem. Also, my Apple ID is different from my login email with Dog Breeder Pro. How do we receive the invitation from TestFlight?

We’re sending the TestFlight emails in the next few minutes. Just wanted to send the email ahead of the TestFlight email so you know why you’re getting it. :slight_smile:

You should have received an email to download the iOS app now.

Please note that you need to click to Refresh when you are asked to receive another update. And the initial dog sync may take a few minutes and the app needs to be open during this sync.

TestFlight is asking for an invitation code. Can you please advise how we get that?

Hi Alex,

I received TestFlight’s original email from 3/5 but nothing since then.

My IOS account is a different email from this one. Could that be the reason? (The other account has not received anything from TestFlight.)

Not after I downloaded the app. The only email I got from TestFlight was the original notification on 3/5

We have confirmed that the DBP account does not have to match your Apple account.

It sounds like you’ve already downloaded the TestFlight app.

There are two different ways to access the DBP app now:

  1. Open the email you received from TestFlight on your mobile, and click the “View in TestFlight” link at the top. This will open the TestFlight app, and kick off the process to install DBP.
  2. Alternatively, you can open that same link on a computer, which will open a tab in your browser with a code at the bottom. This is the code to enter into the TestFlight app where it’s asking for a code to Redeem. This will then prompt you to install the DBP app.

The email you received on 5/3 should still be valid. Let’s try to do this first before we do the other email address. Please also look in your spam folder for newer emails from TestFlight.
